#18 -The Fred Nagle Cabin

From the book written in 1998....

Walter Leek,  uncle of William  Cornwall,  built this house in the early 1900's.  He later sold this house to his nephew Bill Mark who at one time rented it to the Farrows. At the time the land was acquired by the company, it was purchased  by Mr. Farrow. The Farrow's had three children Janet, Frank and Fran who spent most summers at the Bay.  Janet married  Walter Merlino and together they purchased  property on North Thormanby Island and are building a house with their two children Julianna  and Mark.  Fran and her husband Tom Jackson made beautiful improvements  to the inside  of the  cabin. Tom is also responsible for the wonderful carved eagle plaque which is the prize for the family  event on sports  day.

For many years Fred rented Don MacDonald's water bay cabin (formerly Joe Dunn's). In 1997, the cabin was purchased by Fred Nagle for the enjoyment of his family.
